Job summary

A precision engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled inventory management staff member to handle picking, packing, and organizing materials. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate inventory control and documentation, as well as issuing raw materials for production. Candidates should possess GCE ‘O’ Level or above and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting. PC literacy and a forklift licence are preferred. Responsibilities

• Manually pick and pack finished goods and raw materials.
• Sort and arrange materials for proper allocation.
• Control inventory by managing daily stock in and out.
• Issue raw materials, assembly parts, and cutting tools to production.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory status for all finished goods (physical and system).
• Ensure accurate and systematic filing and documentation.
• Unpack and conduct physical counts of all received goods.
• Preserve materials properly to ensure quality.
• Promptly update and label store inventory stock lists.
• Perform data entry related to inventory management.
• Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels.Bin incoming materials efficiently.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience in handling materials store environment
• With forklift licence is added advantage
• PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
