Job description
Basic Functions
  • Responsible for receipt, issuance and appropriate storage of inventories (except antigen and blood products) in the Company.
  • Responsible for appropriate packing of goods for delivery worldwide.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy and good housekeeping of warehouses.
Duties
  • Ensures that goods received are in good condition and properly stored at designated storage area.
  • Issues raw materials against authorized Materials Requisition Slip/Materials Transfer Slip issued by various departments timely.
  • Provides feedback to Logistics Manager for overstocking, slow moving and obsolete inventories in the store and to take appropriate actions as directed.
  • Ensures proper maintenance and good housekeeping in the storage facilities.
  • Maintains inventories accuracy.
  • Undertakes periodic physical inventories in the store.
  • Plans and organizes storage of goods efficiently to optimize use of space in the store.
  • Packs finished goods/components according to details on packing list for delivery according to guidelines.
  • Performs any other related duties that may from time to time be required or assigned.
  • Ensures work processes, procedures, quality and safety are in compliance with ISO 13485 / FDA QSR 21 CFR: PART 820 standards and any other regulatory requirements.
Ability

Plans and organizes storage of inventory and exercise proper material control on receipt and issue. Possess a valid forklift license.
