Responsibilities:
As a Stage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stage-related operations to ensure smooth and successful live performances. You will work closely with performers, directors, technical teams, and management to manage rehearsals, stage setup, schedules, and on-site execution of shows.
- Coordinate and manage all stage activities during rehearsals and live performances.
- Ensure performances run according to schedule and cue performers and technical teams as required.
- Liaise with performers, music directors, technicians, and crew to ensure clear communication.
- Organize and oversee stage setup, props, instruments, and equipment before and after shows.
- Supervise rehearsals and ensure performers are prepared and in the correct positions on stage.
- Monitor performances and address any stage-related issues promptly.
- Communicate feedback and instructions from directors to performers and crew.
- Ensure safety and order on stage at all times.

- Must be willing to work during weekends, public holidays, and commit to night shifts.
