The Coinbase Advanced Trading Design Team is dedicated to building a best-in-class trading platform that empowers users to navigate and succeed in the world of digital assets. We design intuitive, powerful tools for professional and advanced traders, blending financial expertise with cutting-edge design to create seamless experiences.

This role focuses on building our core advanced experience, working closely with product, research, marketing, and engineering to design high-quality experiences for advanced traders globally.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy
• Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, prototyping, user testing, to final production
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and peers to define and execute the product roadmap
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive for clients
• Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide feedback on design work

What we look for in you

• 10+ years of Product Design experience
• Personal or professional experience with trading platforms and understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities
• Exemplary product thinking, solutions orientation, and ability to work autonomously
• Proven track record of shipping successful products to users
• Strong attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience
• Thrives in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Collaborative mindset with low ego
• Interest in crypto, trading, and financial products

Nice to have

• Experience launching 0-to-1 products in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Familiarity with data visualization and designing for complex, data-driven tools
• Knowledge of advanced trading concepts like order types, market analysis, and liquidity pools

Pay and notice

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full-time offers from Coinbase include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).

Pay Range: $244,100 — $244,100 SGD
