Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide exceptional patient care, supervise nursing staff, and assist with administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing care, safety, and comfort for our residents

Responsibilities
  • Clinical (Primary)
    • Lead daily nursing operations as Nurse-in-Charge
    • Supervise and guide nursing staff during shifts
    • Conduct rounds, assess residents\' conditions, and provide timely interventions
    • Administer medications, perform senior nursing treatments, and handle emergencies
    • Ensure accurate documentation, updating of nursing charts, and maintenance of resident records
  • Administration (Secondary)
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, and pharmacists
    • Participate in quality assurance, fire safety, and emergency response committees
    • Assign daily tasks, supervise, and mentor junior staff
    • Assist with staff performance appraisals
Qualifications
  • State Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Trained
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting
