Qualifications

• 7 years working experience in Foundry R&D or related experience as integration/process/device engineer.
• Experience in 2.5D and 3DIC integration and device background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2.5D/3DIC platform development.
• Develop new unit modules and devices.
• Conduct new process verification and qualification.
• Set up new platform DSM.
