Job summary

A leading asset management firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced asset manager to lead asset management across Asia. You will oversee financial and operational performance, drive asset-level performance, and optimize returns. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in asset management or infrastructure, strong financial modelling skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management, infrastructure, or real assets.
• Experience in PE-backed or institutional environments preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.

The Company

A private equity-backed digital infrastructure platform with a growing portfolio of data centre assets across Asia. The firm is expanding its asset management function to support long-term value creation and disciplined capital deployment.

The Role

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will lead asset management across Asia, owning financial and operational performance from development through operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive asset-level performance, value creation, and return optimisation
• Oversee P&L, capex, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Track project execution against investment cases, timelines, and costs
• Partner with development, technical, operations, and commercial teams
• Prepare asset-level reporting for senior management and investors
• Support valuations, refinancing, and portfolio decisions
• Build and scale the regional asset management capability

Your Profile

• From 10 years’ experience in asset management, infrastructure, or real assets
• Exposure to data centres, infrastructure, or complex operating assets
• Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills
• Experience in PE-backed or institutional environments preferred
• Commercial, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally
• Based in Singapore; Fluent in English
