Title: Sr Manager, F10 ADTS PI CELL

We are looking for a Sr Manager/Manager to join our ADTS ATI Cell module.

You will lead the Cell engineering team to meet product performance, quality, reliability, yield, capacity and cost objectives through cross functional collaboration with global team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to collaborating with internal and external partners to building and implement strategies aligned to organizational and business objectives by delivering high performing and cost-effective cell device/process solutions with highest quality and predictable reliability performance. Other responsibilities include ensuring organizational compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, providing organizational leadership for building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation in functional teams and projects.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead a team of engineers and managers to achieve department goals.
• Provide feedback timely, conduct regular 1:1s, and ensure career development discussions are part of the routine.
• Advocate for the team and maintain a positive, people-centric work culture.

Cell Device & Process & Technology Ownership:

• Oversee NAND product qualification waves cell vector management.
• Oversee Cell process development and optimization for advanced nodes.
• Drive yield and quality improvement projects, SPC/Cpk enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Improve process window for optimum cumulative yield to enable Fab volume ramp.
• Set clear direction, goals, and expectations for PI Cell team.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure compliance and business processes.
• Strengthening inline defense and process robustness through collaboration with TD, PI, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support technology ramp readiness and cycle time reduction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with TD cell/reliability and process team. .
• Engage in strategic planning sessions and represent the department in leadership reviews.

Talent Development & Engagement:

• Drive hiring plans and talent pipeline development for engineers and managers.
• Promote engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Create an environment of motivation to foster team members engagement to the fullest of their potential.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Encourage adoption of automation tools and AI for efficiency.
• Foster a culture of informed risk-taking and continuous learning

Requirements

• B.S/M.S./Ph.D. (or equivalent education) in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical fields
• At least 3 or more years of semiconductor NAND Cell Device and cell process experience as leadership & managerial role.
• Strong understanding of process flows, process interactions, cell technology, cell device and reliability and how process changes can affect cell and reliability
• Proven experience in team development, project management, or a similar role.
• Consistent track record to solve problems and address root causes.
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Think and communicate clearly in urgent and stressful situations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
