JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director of CHI Partnerships Office, the Senior Manager (Partnership Office) will:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Partnership Development & Management
  • This role encompasses comprehensive management and strategic development of CHI's four healthcare networks (CHI Leadership Council, CHI Co-Learning Network, Hospitals of Singapore Network, and Future Leaders & Young Innovators Guild (FLYING)) whilst identifying, cultivating, and establishing strategic partnerships with local and international health systems, academia, agencies and industry to drive valuable collaborations for patients and the health system. The position involves serving as primary liaison across all networks, maintaining partnerships, and expanding network reach through global platforms to support CHI's mission and enhance the healthcare innovation ecosystem.
  • Network Coordination, Engagement and Operations
  • This role encompasses planning and executing initiatives within CHI's four networks, ensuring smooth operations, meaningful relationships, and mission alignment through comprehensive membership administration, regular networking events, and signature programmes. The position involves managing complete operations across networks, overseeing report publications with systematic follow-up tracking, building global thought leadership through partnerships, and coordinating learning opportunities to advance healthcare innovation and systems change.
  • Build Thought Leadership
  • This role encompasses organising platforms such as leadership roundtables, thematic forums, and other initiatives that promote cross-border and cross-sector dialogue and learning, whilst supporting insights and outcomes from network activities to inform publications, strategic planning, and catalyse action for transformation.
  • Additionally, the position manages the NASH Grant Global Innovation Visiting Expert programme, overseeing the complete grant call process, monitoring programme execution for compliance, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful delivery and knowledge capture across all initiatives.
  • Coordinate strategic and learning visits to CHI
  • This role encompasses overseeing all strategic and learning visits to CHI to showcase innovation capabilities, enable co-learning opportunities, and position CHI as a global healthcare innovation beacon. The position involves triaging requests, planning visits with appropriate programmes and leadership representation, maintaining standard operating procedures, and working with different internal stakeholders whilst ensuring comprehensive post-visit follow-up including stakeholder connections and social media coordination to maximise engagement opportunities.
  • Innovation Enablement within the NHG Health Ecosystem
  • This role encompasses engaging and supporting CHI collaborating centres and CHI Campuses on their innovation work plans, whilst ensuring their alignment to CHI's mission and strategic priorities, and identifying partnership opportunities that support co-learning, co-development of initiatives, innovation pilots, and capability development programmes.
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • This role encompasses tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to assess the impact of partnerships and network activities, providing key recommendations to senior leadership whilst contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and engagement strategies.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
  • Preferably a good Bachelor degree and above, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (sales and marketing), Health Sciences, or the Arts & Social Sciences
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in industry partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or business development, ideally within healthcare or innovation ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining high value partnerships and demonstrates ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Possess an analytical mind with a propensity of continuous learning and improvement mind-set.
  • Detail-orientated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
