Job description
Overview

You will be part of the HR team that drives and implements human resource strategies and initiatives. You will take a proactive and consultative approach in partnering our business units in the management of our employees’ lifecycle, from attraction to offboarding. You will provide first-line advisory on people matters, work closely with Head of Departments to develop, and implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to meet department’s manpower needs, talent acquisition and management, partnering them in their employee engagement and retention, etc. You will also ensure that all HR practices are aligned with the Hospital\'s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in business partnering, talent acquisition, or related field.
  • Familiar with Employment Act – Singapore and TAFEP’s Fair Employment Practices
  • Ability to be resilient and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Team player and self-starter, able to engage and connect with people at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Being competent in the following areas is advantageous but not essential: ability to understand workforce issues and partnering senior management to design solutions, handling HR data to obtain insights on trends for manpower planning, and talent management
