KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hiring Partnership & Workforce Planning
- Partner hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support hiring for administrative and ancillary roles within the public healthcare environment.
- Understand business and operational priorities and translate them into practical hiring plans.
- Apply market insights to advise on role scoping, hiring timelines, and selection strategies
- Identify hiring trends and talent gaps to inform workforce planning, pipeline development, and hiring strategies.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned portfolios, from intake to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring, niche, or critical roles
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand
Data, Governance & Process Improvement
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and fair hiring practices
- Identify opportunities to improve TA processes, tools, and assessment quality
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
- Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
- Represent the organisation at career events, engagement sessions, or outreach programmes when required
REQUIREMENT
- Around 5 years of experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role within a medium to large organisation
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently across multiple roles or portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment data/metrics
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting will be advantageous
