Job description
Sr Associate Executive (Integrated Care Hub Operations)

As an Associate Executive or Sr Associate Executive in the department of Integrated Care Hub Operations, you will perform administrative and operational duties for related areas and projects. These include and are not limited to the following:

  • Provide general support for daily operations and administration including maintaining common drive folders
  • Manage procurement, claims and invoices efficiently, ensuring timely payments while adhering to policies
  • Serve as primary contact to maintain and coordinate office IT assets, equipment, supplies and consumables.
  • Manage the collection and distribution of mail and other items for the department
  • Assist in data collation for the purposes of tracking indicators and outcomes.
  • Assist to coordinate meetings including set up logistics and preparation of notes / materials as necessary
  • Assist in corporate matters including updating website information and display posters
  • Arrange for and assist in logistics preparation for programs and events
  • Cross-coverage for duties of other staff on leave
  • Any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Reporting Officer(s).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload, be well organized and multi-task in a smart and timely fashion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable to multi-task / handle different tasks concurrently
  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge and experience of hospital operational processes will be an advantage
