Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Executive to support our union's comprehensive operations and member services.

Member Services & Engagement
  • Plan and organise member dialogues, roadshows, and trips
  • Process new memberships, updates, and handle membership enquiries
  • Retain members and recover membership arrears
  • Promote union membership to potential members
Administrative Support
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and training courses
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records in Athena system
  • Design promotional materials and update office signage
Industrial Relations
  • Process grievance case enquiries and maintain case records
  • Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support
  • Maintain IR case records
Welfare Programmes
  • Administer bursary applications and NTUC welfare programmes
  • Process insurance claims and U Care Programme applications (e-vouchers, Back to School schemes)
  • Handle subsidised voucher and ticket sales
