Introduction

The Senior Analyst is focused on monthly financial close, reporting, and complex operational accounting, particularly within a manufacturing (inventory related - focus).

Your Job
  • Month-End, Qtr end & Year-End Close: Execute the procedures for closing the financial including posting complex journal entries, working closely within cross functional team within Finance.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform and review reconciliations of all key balance sheet accounts (Global Inventory) and the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting: Support inventory-related policy updates & any other adhoc requests (e.g Quarterly Corporate reporting inventory-related transactions)
  • Internal Controls: Ensure all inventory related transactions adhered to internal control procedures to safeguard company inventories and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Adhoc reportings : Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed
  • Team player : Support month end close process across regions
Required Qualifications
  • Education BS in Accountancy
  • Min 4 years experience in similar role.
  • Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications
  • Standard Costing experience
  • Oracle / SAP system experience
