Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sports Business Development Manager to grow our sports business through strategic partnerships, new revenue channels, and market expansion. This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, and working closely with internal teams to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities within the sports, fitness, and lifestyle markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations to secure new accounts
  • Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Manage negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms with partners
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and retail teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and business KPIs
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (sports or retail industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the sports, fitness, or lifestyle industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales or growth targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
