Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to enhance the quality and standards of rehabilitation services.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Deliver direct clinical services to both general and specialized patient groups.
  • Drive implementation of evidence‑based practices through development of clinical protocols, guidelines, and optimal use of equipment.
  • Lead and coordinate the rehabilitation team to ensure efficient manpower utilization and delivery of high‑standard care.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and discussions focused on clinical standards and service improvements.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of individual staff training and development plans.
  • Coordinate departmental training initiatives and contribute to service expansion and capability building.
  • Support and participate in research projects and other service development activities.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
