Specialist, Marketing & Communications - APAC

Singapore

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team, focusing on the Asia Pacific region (APAC). This role reports directly to the Director, Global Brand Marketing and will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth across the APAC markets. The Specialist will also report to the Managing Director APAC, in region.

Your responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director, Global Brand Marketing, Managing Director APAC & the APAC Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for the APAC region, aligning with the global marketing goals and objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing efforts, including digital, social media, PR, content marketing, and communications to drive engagement and lead generation
  • Develop compelling and culturally relevant marketing content tailored to the diverse audiences within the APAC region, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more
  • Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing tactics and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Keep a regional pulse on the industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within APAC, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure all marketing activities and materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining a cohesive brand presence across the APAC region
  • Work closely with other members of the global marketing team, sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing programs.
