A premium Korean dining group based in Singapore is looking for a Sommelier to grow their beverage career primarily at GUUM, a premium steakhouse. The ideal candidate should possess relevant culinary or hospitality education, prior front-of-house experience, and a keen interest in wine culture. A WSET Level 2 certification or higher and strong English communication skills are essential, with Korean as a bonus. This role involves beverage inventory management and curating a wine list.
NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAEUM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAEUM, our private dining space, iii) GUUM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.
We are currently looking for a Sommelier to grow their beverage career with the Group, to be primarily based at our premium steakhouse GUUM.
