In approaching the market today, the technology later is matured with a good market outreach of the brand. Part of the next phase of business growth, the Organization is looking to expand node adoption by providing relevant solution and application support in the market with this new position.

Job Description

• To validate and test the function of selected Casambi Ready Product (CRP) for designated market and solution.
• To provide application note and application support for the solution to the partners.
• Able to provide both online and offline training in both English and Mandarin if possible.
• To be the contact support person for Casambi Solution Project application.
• Provide on-site and remote support for system setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Casambi networks.
• Conduct site evaluations, system checks, and post-installation reviews to ensure project quality and stability.
• Identify and document recurring field issues for escalation to Casambi’s global support or R&D teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Taking the lead from Sales team and Casambi Solution Sales to develop and test solution application.
• Work closely with the support team to ensure consistent delivery of Casambi System.
• Provide feedback and insights from field experience to improve product feature and function.
• Represent Casambi at technical events, exhibitions, and customer demonstrations where appropriate.

Education & Experience

• Certification in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in lighting control systems, field applications, or commissioning roles.
• Prior experience conducting technical training or customer workshops is highly desirable.
• Proficient in providing hands‑on demonstrations and explaining technical and functional details of lighting control systems.
• Proven 5‑7 years of technical expertise and experience in lighting and lighting controls such as DALI, KNX or DMX is a big plus.
• Prior working experience with electrical contractors and system integrators is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Lighting control protocols, Bluetooth® Mesh networks, DALI, and DMX protocols.
• Familiarity with lighting fixture integration, drivers, sensors, and control devices.
• Competence in on-site troubleshooting and commissioning of lighting control systems.
• Proficiency in standard digital tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management for project execution and on‑site progress update and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to deliver engaging technical training and manage diverse audiences.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently and within regional teams.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region (approx. 20–30%).

Communication skills

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong command of Mandarin, spoken.
• Preferably additional command of Finnish, spoken.
