Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable to lead the design and architecture of broadband and network infrastructure solutions for our clients. This role demands extensive expertise in the design of WAN and LAN networks including Internet and private links, firewalls, routers, LAN equipment and WiFi. The architect will work closely with clients

and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of network solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions for broadband and private lines tailored to client requirements, focusing on security, scalability and reliability.
• Develop end-to-end network infrastructure solutions covering LAN and WAN architectures, VPN, and SDWAN.
• Conduct site surveys at client locations to identify the most appropriate technical solution.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to assess client needs, provide strategic guidance, and create compelling proposals and technical demonstrations.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear client-focused solutions and designs.
• Lead solution development, ensuring adherence with industry standards and best practices.
• Perform technical assessments and feasibility studies to guide solution designs.
• Work with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and installation of network solutions.
• Provide technical expertise to support other team members and clients.
• Actively explore new technologies and methodologies in network and telco solutions, recommending enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead pilot projects and proof of concepts to evaluate emerging solution, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Drive the technical aspects of tender responses including detailed diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to craft compelling and compliant proposals that meet client requirements.
• Ensure solutions are well-documented and aligned with tender specifications including technical standards, service levels, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations and clarifications to clients.
