Job description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems or backend infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience in building, deploying, and monitoring production services.
• Knowledge of the full software development life‑cycle, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge on AI platforms, ML algorithms, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a changing, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to focus on reliability, scalability, and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and extensible infrastructure that powers our next‑generation personalization engine.
• Build and optimize data processing and ML models inference pipelines, enabling research and application teams to rapidly iterate, experiment, and deploy new solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Research Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to define requirements, bridge the gap between research and scalable production systems.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize the performance, latency, and resource efficiency of our large‑scale distributed services.
