The Role

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and deploy end‑to‑end experiences (chat and web) for product understanding, leveraging our product knowledge repository and catalog.
• Architect and scale our product knowledge repository and catalog for performance and reliability.
• Develop intelligent agents that use resources and tools to provide expertunker‑level insights into product rollout status and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, and React.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding tools and agent development.
