Role

We are seeking a self‑motivated, responsible, and delivery‑focused Applications Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects across the Information Systems (IS) domain. You will oversee end‑to‑end application development, lead hybrid Agile/Waterfall programs, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure governance adherence across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end‑to‑end delivery of application development projects across IS functions including CRM, billing, enterprise applications, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams including engineering, QA, security, architecture, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and PMO to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development support to team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and ensure continuous skill development.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support resource planning, workload balancing, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Monitor key metrics (velocity, burndown, test coverage, UAT readiness) and act on deviations proactively.
  • Manage budget tracking, SOW processing, milestone billing, and vendor onboarding.
  • Facilitate executive reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder escalations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by conducting post‑implementation reviews (PIRs) and applying lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with change management, information security, and audit frameworks.
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of hands‑on application management experience, with at least 3 years in senior or program‑level roles.
  • Proven track record delivering complex IT or IS transformation projects in telecom, finance, or enterprise domains.
  • Hands‑on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models in parallel.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, UAT, test planning, production readiness, and DevOps‑aligned workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
