DISCUSS LONG TERM CARE ISSUE WITH RESIDENT AND FAMILY
PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE FOR CAREGIVER REGARDING VARIOUS FORMS OF ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FROM GOVERNMENT SECTOR
ASSESS AND PREPARE SOCIAL REPORTS FOR CLIENTS
ADDRESS OF PSYCHOSOCIAL NEEDS OF RESIDENTS THROUGH CARE AND COUNSELLING
WORKING WITH OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND NON-PROFESSIONALS INVOLVING IN CARE OF THE RESIDENTS
