A growing beauty brand in Singapore seeks a Social Media & PR Executive to develop and implement creative strategies for social media and public relations. The role involves managing influencer partnerships, crafting on-brand content, and analyzing campaign performance. Job Purpose — As the Social Media & PR Executive, you will be the voice of our brand across digital and traditional media platforms. You will develop and execute creative social media strategies, manage influencer partnerships, and drive PR initiatives to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty in Singapore’s competitive beauty market.
Social Media Management
Develop, implement, and manage the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Create engaging, on-brand content (including graphics, videos, and stories) that aligns with campaign goals and resonates with the Singaporean audience.
Schedule, publish, and monitor daily posts, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely and authentic manner.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
Build and maintain relationships with beauty editors, journalists, bloggers, and influencers in Singapore.
Develop and execute PR strategies to secure media coverage in print, digital, and broadcast outlets.
Plan and manage influencer campaigns—from identifying relevant creators to negotiating contracts, briefing, and tracking campaign performance.
Organize and coordinate PR events, product launches, and media previews.
Prepare press releases, media kits, and spokesperson briefing documents.
Content & Campaign Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments relevant to Singapore.
Assist in photo and video shoots, providing creative direction to ensure content is optimized for social media.
Trend & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on beauty trends, social media algorithm changes, and competitor activities in Singapore.
Recommend innovative ideas to keep the brand ahead in a fast-paced market.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or PR, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
Proven track record of growing social media followings and executing successful PR campaigns in Singapore.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in other local languages is a plus).
Strong visual eye and proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
Solid network of media and influencer contacts in Singapore’s beauty scene.
Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
