Job Description :

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across the website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including short videos, product photography, digital assets, mailers, and advertisements.
  • Manage online sales and e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Lazada, Shopee), including quotations, invoicing, campaign participation, email enquiries, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with social media agencies, SEO/SEM teams, and influencers/KOLs by managing briefs, timelines, budgets, content reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and refine social media and digital strategies through competitive analysis, trend monitoring, ad management (LinkedIn & Meta), and performance reporting.
  • Manage community engagement and brand consistency across all channels, support catalog and product documentation, and perform basic product drawing edits using AutoCAD.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Arts, Design, Visual Communications.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, AutoCAD (basic), Microsoft Office, and website content management; basic social media marketing knowledge.
