Make an Impact by:

• Develop and maintain SDM core network architecture and capacity plans to support current and future subscriber traffic.
• Ensure scalability and performance of core elements including UDM, UDR, AUSF, HSS-FE, HLR-FE and provisioning gateway.
• Lead and coordinate SDM core expansion and upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with various Networks and IT teams to support business initiatives, work with Operations teams to resolve customers' complaints.
• Work with stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing and Engineering in the new service requirements compilation and clarification, and lead in discussions with vendor on the solutioning.
• Prepare and manage CAPEX forecasts and justifications for investments.
• Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective deployment strategies.
• Ensure network design and operations comply with 3GPP standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving standards in 3G/4G/5G core technologies.
• Integrate security principles into the design and deployment of core network systems.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Analyze network KPIs and traffic trends to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement optimization strategies to enhance user experience and network efficiency.
• Engage in commercial and technical negotiation with vendors.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile core network planning or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as 4G, 5G, SS7, MAP, Diameter protocols.
• Hands-on experience with mobile subscriber database management.
• Proven experience in project management and CAPEX planning.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices in telecom networks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of legal contracts.
