Job Description

• Responsible for monthly progress claim submissionto clients.
• Ensure timely follow-upfor claim certifications and approvals.
• Handle the preparation and submission of tendersaccurately and within deadlines.
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with subcontractorsto ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Ensure budget monitoring and cost controlthroughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, scope of works, and support procurement activities.
• Coordinate with project teams for measurement, variations, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation for audit and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in scaffolding, construction, or civil projects.
