Job Description
  • Monitoring and identifying corporate actions in global markets
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders – foreign agents and custodians
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Managing and mitigating risks associated with corporate actions relating to equities, fixed income and structured products
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Communicating with clients, trading representatives and internal teams
  • Resolving discrepancies and issues
  • Implementing processes and procedures and engaging in projects
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and standards
