Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead & Deliver: Plan, design, and execute programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top-notch quality.
  • Governance & Risk: Define governance frameworks, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks for successful outcomes.
  • Financial Oversight: Own program budgets, track costs, and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact for business units, managing communications and third-party contributions.
  • Drive on-prem to AWS cloud migration and data center consolidation.
  • Support strategic projects like next-gen contact centers and advanced security platforms.
  • Participate in tender solutioning, pre-sales, and tech project implementation.
  • Change Enablement: Partner with business change managers to ensure smooth transition to BAU operations.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in program or project management within tech-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration (AWS preferred) and enterprise systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years in program or software management, including design thinking and end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of IT networks, systems, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and telecommunications.
    • 3+ years in software development (.NET, Java, Outsystems, or native cloud).
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
