Job description

Ling's Lab Pte Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Skincare Promoters to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. This part-time role will involve promoting and selling our premium skincare products to customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

What you’ll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their skincare needs and recommend suitable products

Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our skincare range

Processing sales transactions and providing excellent customer service

Maintaining a high level of product knowledge through training and self-learning

Ensuring the sales area is well-presented and stocked

Providing feedback to the management team to help improve our products and services

What we’re looking for

Passion for skincare and a desire to help customers achieve their beauty goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty or retail industry

Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about our skincare range

Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as required
