Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (construction / M&E / facilities).
• Familiar with BCA, MOM safety requirements and site procedures.
• Able to read construction drawings and method statements.
• WSQ / BCSS / Supervisory Safety Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor work progress, quality standards, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox meetings.
• Report site progress, issues, and manpower status to the Project Manager.
• Assist in materials planning, delivery coordination, and inventory control.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and authorities when required.
