Qualifications

• MOM SIC Supervisor trained.
• Experience in process plant or industrial environment preferred.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between Company and contract workforce.
• Manage daily attendance, overtime, medical leave, and invoicing.
• Coordinate workforce deployment and support supervisors on site.

Skills

Good English communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between Company and contract workforce
• Manage daily attendance, overtime, medical leave, manpower planning and invoicing
• Coordinate workforce deployment and support supervisors on site
• Conduct on-site training, briefings and supervision
• Schedule regulatory tests (A&D, audiometry, spirometry, fit test)
• Handle contractor-related incidents and documentation
• Support operational roles when required

Work Location: Jurong
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (7am–6pm) / Saturday (7am – 12pm)
