Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant project or site experience.
• Familiar with construction drawings and site coordination.
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations (e.g. BCA, LTA, WSH in Singapore).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning project schedules and resource allocation.
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and safety policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of defects.
