Job description
Overview

Are you passionate about shaping the future of Human Resources on a global stage? Join AstraZeneca in Singapore as our Site Human Resources Director – a pivotal, strategy-driven role where you’ll influence the course of our business, shape policy at the highest level, and collaborate closely with both local and global HR leadership. This is your opportunity to deliver lasting impact while driving forward our people agenda in line with our ambitious vision!

About AstraZeneca

AstraZeneca is a global, science-led, patient-focused biopharmaceutical company that focuses on the discovery, development and commercialisation of prescription medicines for some of the world’s most serious diseases. But we’re more than one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. We are on a journey to bring life-saving medicines to patients. Our role in contributing to decreasing mortality rates globally is clear – shaping the future by spotting a scientifically-led commercial opportunity and acting now to operationalise and scale it.

Our new groundbreaking facility in Singapore will support the delivery of our broad and rapidly advancing portfolio of ADCs, which includes six high-potential medicines in the clinic and many more in preclinical development. It will accommodate the unique and sophisticated demands of ADC manufacturing – an area where today we have no in-house capability – covering the entire multi-step process. This includes antibody production, synthesis of chemotherapy drug and linker, conjugation of drug-linker to the antibody, and filling of the completed ADC substance.

Are you ready to be a driving force behind the next wave of healthcare innovation? AstraZeneca is searching for a visionary Human Resources leader to play a pivotal role as we open the doors to this brand-new ADC Facility. This is far more than a typical HR position – it’s a fantastic opportunity to help shape the very foundation of a pioneering site that will redefine what’s possible for patients everywhere.

We are looking for someone who is energised by challenge, inspired to build and nurture impactful teams, and passionate about delivering meaningful change. In this role, you’ll be central to creating a culture where talent flourishes, collaboration thrives, and our collective ambition transforms into real-world impact for patients.
