Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to ensure project compliance with quality standards. The role involves site supervision, internal and external coordination with clients and consultants, and managing project documentation. The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in LTA projects. Strong communication skills and familiarity with safety procedures in construction are essential for success in this position. A 6-day work week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in LTA projects or projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.
• Experience in QA/QC will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with safety procedures and requirements at construction sites.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand project specifications and construction drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Report to the Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager.
• Assist in site supervision works.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinate project planning, documentation, and execution of works on site.
• Supervise and monitor project works on site.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on project implementation issues.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and necessary submissions.
• Attend meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure quality control.
• Ensure compliance with the project document management system.
