Job description

Job scope:

• Carry out all tasks according to the production schedule and in compliance with current GMP standards and all relevant work, operational, environmental, and safety procedures.
• Review batch records accurately and on time (production section).
• Perform timely and correct cleaning, preparation, and sterilization of production equipment and rooms.
• Manage equipment components (e.g., punches, sieves).
• Support cleaning and changeover operations.
• Coordinate work permits when required.
• Handle material movements on the shop floor, including dispensing.
• Manage waste materials and pre-treat liquid waste streams on the shop floor.
• Order raw materials and replenish daily solvent tanks, Kanbans, and packaging supplies.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in production areas, ensuring cleanliness, order, and adherence to 5S principles.
• Follow and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Apply and uphold current GMP requirements.
