We are actively seeking an accomplished and technically elite Site Engineer to take the lead on challenging, high-value construction projects. This role is designed for an engineer with deep structural knowledge, advanced coordination expertise, and proven leadership capability in demanding construction environments.
As a senior member of the project team, you will spearhead engineering execution, resolve high-level technical challenges, guide junior engineers, and ensure that all construction activities align with design intent, safety standards, and project objectives.
This role requires excellence in decision-making, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to lead teams through fast-paced, technically challenging construction cycles.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle engineering management for structural, architectural, and civil works.
- Interpret, validate, and coordinate complex engineering drawings and design documents.
- Provide expert technical guidance to resolve design conflicts, structural challenges, and site issues.
- Lead project planning, construction sequencing, and engineering strategies for optimal execution.
- Review, approve, and supervise all technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
- Conduct high-level site inspections to ensure engineering accuracy, material quality, and compliance with standards.
- Mentor and supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Technical Coordinators.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with consultants, architects, M&E teams, and contractors.
- Analyze engineering risks, develop mitigation measures, and ensure technical governance.
- Manage cost engineering aspects : materials selection, method optimization, and value engineering proposals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, statutory codes, and safety protocols.
- Prepare technical reports, engineering evaluations, and management-level updates.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, and overall project leadership.
- Financial & Contractual Mastery : Oversee all procurement, contract negotiation, change order management, and pay application processing. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks to maximize profitability.
- Quality & Compliance Assurance : Implement and enforce rigorous quality control programs. Ensure absolute compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and environmental standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and subcontractors. Manage expectations, provide clear progress reports, and resolve technical issues swiftly.
- Site Safety & Logistics : Develop and enforce comprehensive site-specific safety plans. Optimize site logistics, material staging, and equipment utilization to maintain peak operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–13 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Solid understanding of building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple project phases concurrently.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management software is an advantage.
