A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced site manager to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. The role involves liaising with subcontractors, managing project scope changes, and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidates should have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and must be able to handle technical issues on site while ensuring safety and proper execution of procedures.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with sub-contractors on day-to-day site operations.
• Proactively manage any changes in project scope.
• Identify and resolve site issues with other trades.
• Ensure the project meets clients' quality standards.
• Interact with all levels of stakeholders.
• Attend regular consultant meetings.
• Report to Project Manager for arrangement of work.
• Liaise with consultants for submission and approval of materials.
• Responsible for planning and monitoring work progress on site.
• Co-ordinate inspection work by Resident Engineer.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of work procedures.
• Monitor and co-ordinate subcontractors' works.
• Structure and Architectural work.
