Various Working Locations: Central, North, South, East, West

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Proactively follow up on customer queries & needs
  • Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including fitting room, till, and service zone at all times
  • Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
  • General store operations – including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stock take, and general housekeeping
  • Keeping abreast of the latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
  • Make use of product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales
  • Develop strong connections with customers to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions
  • Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor or SIC

Job Requirements:

  • Local and PR candidates preferred
  • Past experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus
  • Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
  • Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Willing to work according to retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays
