Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HR operations for the Singapore Office.
• Partner with departments on manpower projection and talent succession planning.
• Assist in recruitment and interview processes for candidates.
• Handle employee relations matters, including performance issues and terminations.
• Verify and approve monthly payroll and tax submissions.
