Job description

HICC Pet® stands for “Health Innovations for Cleaner, Comfier Pets”. We are a pet wellness and grooming solutions company that creates ethical pet care products blended with clean ingredients. This role manages both retail sales and day-to-day operations. The Showroom Manager ensures smooth customer experience, drives retail and grooming revenue, manages the grooming calendar, maintains merchandising quality, and supports community events and membership growth initiatives. This role manages one team member and reports directly to the Singapore Marketing Director.

Location: HICC PET APAC Brand Experience Center: #01-05/06 Marina One The Heart, Singapore 018935.

Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30am to 7:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Grow Showroom Sales 50%
  • Drive showroom retail sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Grow the showroom grooming service revenue, including coordinating grooming calendars.
  • Manage showroom rental sales for pet birthdays and pet-friendly events.
  • Introduce the HICC Pet Club membership actively and convert visitors to members.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, operate the cashier system and complete end-of-day sales reconciliation.
  • Manage showroom inventory, including stock checks, receiving goods, storing products in the showroom warehouse, replenishing shelves, monitoring stock levels, and re-orders.
  • Develop and execute the visual merchandising (VM) strategy and maintain shelf and window displays in accordance with brand standards, including seasonal updates.
  • Purchase and restock grooming consumables and showroom supplies, pack and send customer parcels, as needed.
  • Assist the groomer with comforting pet wash and blow-dry care when required.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience 20%
  • Deliver warm and responsive customer support across all touchpoints, including walk-in guests, showroom email, and phone calls.
  • Encourage customers to leave positive Google Map reviews and to post our showroom photos on social media.
  • Support weekly showroom events, working with the Marketing and Membership Operations teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills; Strong in sales and event management.
  • Personal Qualities: Ownership, proactive, high sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for pets and comfort interacting with animals.
