Working day: 6 days (Rest day fall on weekday)
Working hour: Retail Working Hour (11am-10pm, can leave at 9pm if no booking)

Job Responsibilities
- Test, familiarize yourself with, and stay updated on all VR games offered in the store.
- Guide customers through game rules and usage procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Oversee the operation of VR gaming stations and perform basic technical troubleshooting (e.g., PC, VR system, VR game setup).
- Conduct VR equipment maintenance and minor repairs (training will be provided).
- Assist customers with enquiries, recommend suitable game packages, handle bookings, and close sales.
- Perform daily operational duties such as cashiering, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment.
- Ensure good customer service standards are maintained.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Company aligned with the scope of the role.
Job Requirements
- Passion and interest in VR/gaming entertainment.
- Basic PC operation and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer service oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, diligent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate in English is required.
- Experience in retail, entertainment or service industry will be an added advantage.
- No prior experience is required. Training will be provided. Candidates who are keen to learn and willing to be trained are encouraged to apply.
