Responsibilities

• Handle daily import and transshipment operations for sea freight and airfreight.
• Communicate with vendors, shipping lines, customers, and overseas agents via email and phone.
• Manage customer and agent enquiries, including providing quotations.
• Prepare, process, and ensure accuracy of all shipping documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
• Prepare and issue invoices within deadlines.

Job Description:
