Position: Shipping Executive - Import/Export Experience Required - (Pandan Road)

Location: Pandan Rd (West)

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm & Alternate Saturday

Salary: Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Operations management: Oversee daily warehouse functions such as receiving, stocking, and issuing materials.
• Inventory control: Maintain accurate inventory records through verification and system usage.
• Logistics coordination: Manage and coordinate the flow of goods, including shipments and deliveries.
• Team Supervision: Managing warehouse staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring productivity.
• Health & Safety: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and comply with regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing strategies for increased efficiency and reduced costs.
• Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and racking systems.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, liaise with Sales Team on the shipment booking, packing list and ensure all activities are complied with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Posting of Goods Received Invoices.
• Lead Annual Stock Take.
• Other activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or in any related discipline.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
