Shipping Executive

Job Highlights

• Located in Suntec City
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant parties (eg. buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines) to arrange shipments and ensure cargoes shipped out as per schedule.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin for custom clearance at destination.
• Prepare LC shipping documents in compliance with LC requirements and handle LC shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, laws, and company policies.
• Work closely with Trading & Accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

• Min GCE “A” level or Diploma in any field, preferably in Logistics or Shipping Operations
• Min 3 years’ experience in logistic planning and shipping documentation
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (eg. Excel & Word)
• Good knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
• Mature and able to handle things independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Singapore or Singapore PR
• Salary negotiable based on experience
