Full‑Time Shipping Coordinator Assistant @ Ang Mo Kio/Hougang!

⏰ Working Hours:
Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Sat, 8.30am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities

• In charge of consol and shipments
• Printing of commercial invoices and arranging collection & booking of flight for normal daily shipments or weekly consol
• Print Dns including proforma invoices, packers checklist, barcode checklist, ROW consol checklist on rotating basis
• Overseas deliveries – arrange with forwarders on collection & booking of flight before forwarder cut off
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and security
