Responsibilities
  • Lead and Oversee: Guide a team of Production Technicians to ensure the safe and efficient running of production processes.
  • Support Process Engineering: Assist the Process Engineer in conducting activities and projects to optimize operations and achieve cost efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Address plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly and recommend effective countermeasures.
  • Maintain Equipment Integrity: Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.
  • Optimize Operations: Support shift operations by providing optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.
  • Train and Develop: Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
