Job summary

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our operations team as Shared-Bicycle Drivers. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the balance of our bicycle‑sharing system across Singapore. Using our mobile app, you will receive real‑time instructions on where to collect and deploy bicycles to ensure optimal availability for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate company truck to collect and deploy shared bicycles based on app‑generated instructions.
  • Monitor bicycle distribution across designated zones and follow rebalancing plans to meet demand.
  • Perform basic checks to ensure bicycles are safe and usable before redeployment.
  • Load and unload bicycles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the operations team to meet daily rebalancing targets.
  • Adhere to all road safety and company compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with Singapore road networks and traffic regulations.
  • Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively.
  • Physically fit – able to lift and move bicycles regularly.
  • Able to work independently and responsibly.
  • Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Good time management and punctuality.
  • Team‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours:
  • 6 days work week, KPI based
