Job description
Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced support and operational maintenance for Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
  • Administer endpoint management tools: BigFix, SCCM, WSUS.
  • Oversee VMware environments: ESXi, vCenter, vSphere.
  • Write PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
  • Administer SharePoint (on-prem and online) and access management.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and complex service requests in a production environment.
  • Provide technical escalation support to L1/L2 teams and perform deep‑dive analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance, ensure availability, and conduct proactive capacity and patch planning.
  • Execute recurring operational tasks such as health checks, patch deployment, policy enforcement, and security validation.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and OEM support teams for product‑related escalations and issue resolution.
Optional / Good to Have
  • Experience in Directory & Authentication Systems:
    • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
    • LDAP, PKI, and DNS infrastructure
    • SAML, OAuth, and MFA implementations
    • Identity lifecycle and compliance policy enforcement
